All details concerning the purchase of vehicles must be confirmed and arranged directly between the buyer and supplier to both parties satisfaction. It must be fully understood that any details concerning the purchase including
(but not limited to) ownership, payment, payment security, payment arrangements, all costs, including VAT payment, Vehicle Description and Specification, Delivery times and Charges, Registration details.

Any representation of any kind is to be fully the responsibility of the supplier. All information presented on our website or in emails MUST be confirmed by the supplier (we can take no responsibility for errors),

Please get all details in writing from the supplier and do not take any notice of verbal or written information (including emails or website information) from any other party including ourselves
- this will help to reduce the possibility of mistakes and will make the lines of responsibility very clear.
